I turned the corner on salads when I started proactively managing my health with a clean, whole foods diet. Then I realized just how awesome salads can be. It’s like having all the foods you love in one bowl with the bonus that it gives you energy, defends you from inflammation & disease, helps your body repair itself, and leaves you feeling super satisfied!
